Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely address issues overnight to avoid daytime disturbances. If necessary, customers may receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades to enhance whole-home coverage. In severe cases, customers can schedule an engineer visit at no extra charge.
