Apple has introduced a new MacBook model called the MacBook Neo, offering a more affordable option for consumers. Priced at £599, the Neo is significantly cheaper than the latest M5-powered MacBook Air, saving buyers £500. Despite the lower cost, the MacBook Neo maintains a premium look and feel with its sleek aluminium design, 13-inch Liquid Retina display, long-lasting 16-hour battery life, and a comfortable keyboard. Customers can choose from four vibrant colors: Silver, Citrus, Indigo, and Blush.
Featuring the A18 Pro chip typically used in Apple’s smartphones, the MacBook Neo is capable of handling everyday tasks like web browsing, video editing, photo retouching, and streaming content. Sky is offering a contract deal for the MacBook Neo priced at £12.50 per month, which includes a SIM card with 100MB of free data. The deal requires a 48-month contract and a £24 upfront payment, totaling £624 over the term.
For those interested in the 256GB model without Touch ID, the monthly price remains at £12.50. However, opting for the 512GB version with Touch ID will cost £15 per month. The MacBook Neo is not exclusive to Sky, as it is also available at major retailers like Argos, Currys, and Amazon.
