Mother Claims Missing Son’s Body Found in Vegas Museum

Must Read

A mother’s grief turned into a baffling ordeal when she claimed to have found her missing son’s body on display at a Las Vegas museum. Kim Erick alleges that her son, Christopher Todd Erick, who passed away at 23, was exhibited as a “human statue” at the Real Bodies exhibition, contradicting the original belief that he had died from natural causes or suicide.

After delving into case files from the Midlothian Police Department, Kim uncovered disturbing details that challenged the initial narrative surrounding Christopher’s death. She alleges that crime scene photos revealed signs of torture on her son, including bruises and lacerations, along with evidence of cyanide poisoning.

Despite the cause of death being later amended to cyanide toxicity, official investigations could not establish foul play conclusively, leading to a ruling of suicide by “undetermined means.” Kim’s distress peaked when she recognized specific features on a plastinated figure at the museum, claiming they matched her son’s unique identifiers.

Demanding DNA testing to verify her suspicions, Kim’s efforts have faced obstacles, including the alleged relocation of the body she believes to be Christopher’s. The company managing the exhibition, Imagine Exhibitions, Inc., refutes Kim’s claims, asserting that the specimen in question has been on display since before Christopher’s passing and is not associated with him.

Despite the company’s denial, Kim remains resolute in her quest for the truth, haunted by the possibility that her son’s remains may be among the unclaimed ashes discovered in Nevada. With the body’s whereabouts uncertain, Kim continues to seek closure and justice for Christopher.
