A camper who went missing for nine days in Victoria, Australia, has been discovered alive after a frantic search effort. Troy Milne, who disappeared from Woodside Beach near Melbourne, was located by Forest Fire Management Victoria staff near Kirby Cross Track in Gippsland. The 61-year-old, who has diabetes, was feared to have experienced a medical emergency while out alone. Despite being without his insulin for a week, Troy managed to survive by drinking water and lighting a fire to attract attention. Rescuers found him in good condition and he was taken to a local hospital for observation.
