Cove UK, the owner of several holiday parks in the UK, has entered administration. This affects a total of 11 sites, including eight managed by Argyll Holidays, acquired by Cove UK for £100 million in 2022. Other impacted parks are Solway Holiday Park, Gwel an Mor Resort, and Springwood Holiday Park. Administrators are now seeking potential buyers for the business and have informed owners via letters.

If you have a reservation at any of these resorts, it is advised to contact the site manager. The resorts involved are listed below. Seal Bay Resort in West Sussex remains unaffected and is operating normally. Alvarez & Marsal Europe has been appointed to oversee the administration of Cove Communities Holiday Park UK Holdco Limited (HPUK) and its subsidiaries.

The administrators aim to ensure a seamless transition and maintain park stability. They emphasize that day-to-day operations will continue with minimal disruptions. Cove UK confirmed that Seal Bay Resort is not part of the administration process and is operating normally. The company’s focus remains on customer service and long-term strategy execution, appreciating the support of employees, owners, and customers.
