Apple has officially introduced its latest smartphone, the iPhone 17e, following the previous iPhone 16e model. Priced at £599, the iPhone 17e offers a more budget-friendly option compared to the higher-end iPhone 17 and 17 Pro, with 256GB of storage as a standard feature.
Featuring the new A19 chip for enhanced performance and a C1X cellular modem for faster speeds, the iPhone 17e delivers improved processing power and connectivity. The device boasts a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with Ceramic Shield glass for durability and anti-reflective technology for better visibility in bright conditions.
A notable addition to the iPhone 17e is the MagSafe feature, enabling faster wireless charging and compatibility with various accessories. The device also includes a 48MP Fusion camera that supports 4K video recording and advanced sensor technology for enhanced photography capabilities.
In terms of safety features, the iPhone 17e offers Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection for automatic emergency service contact in case of a serious car accident.
