Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers a variety of enhancements, including multi-week programs and special guest workouts.
One of the highlights of the latest update is the introduction of multi-week programs tailored to boost motivation. Users can access new Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progressively increase in intensity over time, allowing for gradual improvement in fitness levels.
For instance, users can engage in the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, a 20-minute workout series combining these two popular exercise styles on Fitness+. Additionally, there is the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan, aimed at helping individuals incorporate Yoga into their fitness routine consistently.
Another appealing option is the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program, suitable for those looking to kickstart their fitness journey. This four-week plan includes three weekly workouts, each lasting 10 minutes and covering Strength, HIIT, and Yoga exercises. The program is designed to facilitate progress towards regaining fitness levels each week.
In addition to these program upgrades, Apple Fitness+ is introducing new episodes of Time to Walk, featuring personalities such as Spice Girl Mel B, actor Penn Badgley, and actress Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series is also returning with new workout playlists featuring music from renowned artists, including Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter KAROL G.
Furthermore, users can explore guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett, as well as dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. Accessible on devices like the iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, Fitness+ can be enhanced with the use of Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, offering a comprehensive fitness experience for users seeking to improve their health and well-being.
